It's a collection of songs given the Ian
Levine makeover.
Here's what it says on the cover(and I quote)

States, It was on these trips That Ian discovered not only rear(upps sorry rare) Motown sides That were never available in the uk,but a feast of newly recorded Songs on small local labels that neither made it over to our shores.In fact,in many of these pastiches of the Motown sound were never Pressed in quantities of more than a couple of hundred or became Available outside cities like Detroit and Chicago where they were Recorded

producing(that's fucking up to me and you) his own Records in this style….anyway it goes on to say how he Has weaved his magic touch on the songs on the CD Concludes with this……….
